Pole Sitao Seeds

STEP 1 - Prepare the Soil
Choose a sunny location with loose, fertile, well-draining soil. Mix in compost and install a sturdy trellis or climbing support before planting.

STEP 2 - Sow the Seeds
Plant Pole Sitao seeds directly into the soil about 2-3 cm deep. Space the seeds appropriately to allow healthy vine growth. Water gently after planting.

STEP 3 - Water & Sunlight
Provide around 6-8 hours of sunlight daily. Water regularly to keep the soil moderately moist without waterlogging. Guide the vines onto the trellis as they grow.

STEP 4 - Harvest
Harvest long, tender pods when they reach the suitable size for the variety, before the seeds inside become large and hard. Pick regularly to encourage continued pod production.
